Returns and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of its receipt.

To return or exchange an item, email UnderBriefs Customer Service ( requesting a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. In the request, state the reason for the return or exchange. Send the item to be returned / exchanged once you've received the RMA number. The item(s) must be received within 14 days of the RMA's issuance. Refunds cannot be issued beyond 30 days of the purchase date. 

Allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your return / exchange.


  1. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued if the product(s) is not in its original packaging, has been worn or laundered, or is missing its tags. 
  2. Before wearing the product(s) you've ordered, inspect them upon receipt to ensure there are no defects. We will not accept returns or exchanges of defective products once they've been worn.
  3. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for thongs.
  4. Sale and closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Exchanges are limited to like items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Customers pay for the postage to send the item to us and are responsible for ensuring that we receive it. We recommend you use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for products that are damaged while in transit.

Include the following in the package you send us:

  1. A copy of the item's sales receipt.
  2. The RMA number.
  3. The item you are returning or exchanging.

    Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
