If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of its receipt.
To return or exchange an item, email UnderBriefs Customer Service (email@example.com) requesting a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. In the request, state the reason for the return or exchange. Send the item to be returned / exchanged once you've received the RMA number. The item(s) must be received within 14 days of the RMA's issuance. Refunds cannot be issued beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Customers pay for the postage to send the item to us and are responsible for ensuring that we receive it. We recommend you use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for products that are damaged while in transit.
