Returns and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of its receipt.

Our refund and exchange policy is:

  • The product(s) must be in their original packaging, must not have been worn or laundered, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Before wearing the product(s) you've ordered, inspect them upon receipt to ensure there are no defects. We will not accept returns or exchanges of defective products once they've been worn.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for thongs.
  • Sale and closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Customers pay for the postage to send the item to us and are responsible for ensuring that we receive it. We recommend you use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for products that are damaged while in transit.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return / exchange.

Returns

Include the following in the package you send us:

  1. A copy of the item's sales receipt.
  2. A note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. The item you are returning.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Include the following in the package you send us:

  1. A copy of the item's sales receipt.
  2. A note explaining the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  3. The item you are exchanging.

Exchanges are limited to like items.
