Shipping Information

We appreciate your business. We work very hard to make sure that your entire experience with UnderBriefs is positive and satisfactory.

All orders are shipped within two business days of their receipt; we ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) . Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Your order will ship in a discretely labeled cardboard box (plain or USPS) or plastic envelope.

If you have purchased USPS Priority Mail shipping class, the USPS - not UnderBriefs - establishes the estimated delivery date for your order. The USPS estimated delivery date is based on your shipment's delivery address.

    Delivery Confirmation

    We will notify you by email when your order ships. The shipping email will include the package's USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number. The Delivery Confirmation tracking number allows you to track your order's shipping status on our Track Your Order page or by using the USPS Track & Confirm tool.

    Please note:

    1. We will not refund, reimburse, or resend packages that have been lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility.
    2. We will request more information from a customer before we ship an order if we have reason to question the validity of its payment. At our discretion, we may require a customer signature upon delivery.

    In the event that the USPS Delivery Confirmation states that your package has been delivered yet it is not in your mailbox, we recommend you do the following:

    1. Check with other members of your household and your neighbors to see if anyone may have put your package aside.
    2. If you live in an apartment or condo building, check with building management to see if the package was left with them.
    3. Call the delivery supervisor at your local post office. Give them your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you in finding your package. They can speak directly with your mail carrier to verify the package was delivered and where it was left.

    International Orders

    We are happy to ship orders to our friends in other nations. Orders for delivery to international addresses are shipped by USPS First-Class Package International Service. Customers may elect to have their orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. The total shipping cost is determined by the order's weight and its destination. This cost does not include duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges levied by the government of the destination country; the customer is responsible for paying those fees.

    For orders shipped to those international customers for whom the USPS does not provide Delivery Confirmation and who have selected USPS First Class Package International Service, the email will include the package's US Customs Form number. This form number is not a tracking number, but it might be helpful when contacting your postal service, e.g., to determine whether the package has cleared customs. For orders shipped to international customers who have selected USPS Priority Mail International, the email will include the package's USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number.

    International orders should arrive within 3-8 weeks of their shipment, but it could take longer due to processing and inspections by customs officials of the destination country.

    International customers should note:

    1. To reduce fraud, billing and shipping addresses of international orders must match.
    2. Your government may impose import duties and/or other taxes (e.g., Value Added Taxes or Goods and Services Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These costs are separate from those we charge for our products and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government; you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary by your government. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
    3. We are required to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments. We will not misrepresent the declared value of an international shipment.
    4. We will not describe an order as a gift on the customs form.
